History
The club has always had extremely good leadership with long term committee members in Rosemary Croser (life member), Sandra Davis (past president) Terri Whibley (longest serving secretary), Gloria Magnus (life member), Meredith Phillis (life member), Danae McGregor (first club participating life member), Denise Bollen, Donna Douglas... The list goes on.
In recent years the club has had volunteers on the CASA management committee; Andrew Jack (past club member), Donna Douglas and Meredith Phillis who is also Director of Coaching for the Australian Calisthenic Federation and a long time worker with the development of coaching within the state being past treasurer and President of the Calisthenic SA Coaches Council.
Individual club members have represented the club at State and National level and also in Graceful Competitor championships and Solo Duo Competitions.
The club has undertaken trips away, once to Whyalla and additional trips to Victoria.
In its history, Highbury Calisthenics Inc. has developed into a well respected, highly competitive and extremely well managed Calisthenic Club.
